London born and living in Essex, limited resources drove Harvey to challenge the "one hour myth" and seek investment opportunities in the North of England.
This RBRR Blueprint has allowed Harvey not only to benefit from the property prices and yields available in the North, but also to have the freedom to travel to Holland on a whim to visit his wife's family, take his 2 year old son to nursery, or take month long trips with his wife and son.
It definitely wasn't smooth sailing to start, but over the past 8 years Harvey has developed the tools and systems to remotely buy, refurbish and refinance (RBRR) properties. He has a large personal portfolio as well as a letting agency in Stockton-On-Tees, Teeside.
